Note that the MRE LITE variant has a comparatively much lesser carbohydrate content i.e. only 3 g per serving versus the MRE version with a total of 75 g of carbohydrates per serving. This product does contain milk.

Mix (1) scoops of MRE Lite with 4-6 oz of water/milk Shake well and consume.
